Our products are available exclusively through our stockists. We do not offer direct sales to individual customers.

As each stockist may serve different countries or regions, please check with your nearest retailer to see if they can ship to your country. At present, Redcast Heritage in Madrid offers worldwide shipping of our products.

If your desired item is not available at a stockist, it can still be pre-ordered through them.
While this may require a short wait, the item can be included in their next order from us and shipped together.

Please note that the shipping schedule will depend on the stockist’s ordering timeline.

We accept custom orders within reasonable limits. Please feel free to let us know your request.
For example, you may ask for a longer necklace chain, an additional key ring, or to purchase a silver item without the antique finish.
We are happy to accommodate such requests whenever possible.
Please note that custom orders are treated as special orders and will be shipped with the stockist’s next scheduled order.
